A decadent dessert - 6 portions
Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate
200 ml (200 g) butter
3 eggs (white and yolks)
2 egg yolks
125 ml (100 g) castor sugar
175 ml (100 g) cake wheat flour
6 blocks of white chocolate
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Melt butter in a bowl in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.
2. Break chocolates into hot butter. Let it stand a while and then stir through. If the chocolate has not melted, microwave it for 2 minutes. Mix very well.
3. Beat eggs and extra egg yolks till light and fluffy and gradually add castor sugar.
4. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
5. Sift flour and fold in.
6. Fill ovenproof ramekins two thirds full with chocolate mixture and place a piece of white chocolate in the middle of each ramekin.
7. Bake at 180 °C for 12 minutes.
8. Serve immediately.
Hints:
· This dessert tastes best with good quality chocolate and butter.
· The inside of the dessert must be runny, so don’t overbake.
